Description

SAVE- IT 701 is a ready to use waterbase colourless liquid silicone which, when applied, creates a highly water repellent surface

Uses

Save-IT 701 is applied on siliceous / mineral surfaces specially on exterior building, brick work, concrete cement / sand rendering, plastering, natural or cast stone. It reduces the phenomenon of efflorescence due to soluble salts in brick work.

Instruction for use

The surface should be preferably dry although dampness is not detrimental but the surface should be free from oil, grease, loose particles, decayed matter, moss or algae growth.

Joints in the brick work must be sound, if not, they should invariably be repointed with cement / sand mortar by using our product Save-IT 202.

Generally one coat will do but for highly porous surface, second coat may be provided by brush or spray.

Be very careful about spillage or Save-IT 701 on window glasses as they may be stained permanently.

Water Resistance : Repels rain and inhibits ingress of surface water, provided there is no hydrostatic pressure.

Shelf Life : 12 month in an opened container

Packing : 25 AND 200 kg Containers

Health & Safely : Non-flammable, store in a cool place

Cleaning : Brush or equipment may be cleaned with water

Save-IT 701 provides high impermeability against penetration of water, salt solutions, dust or soots particles. It arrests leaching of soluble salts from brickwork, which causes efflorescence and absorption of de-icing salts by concrete resulting in degradation. Save-IT 701 silicone coating allows the building surface to breath.
